ALTEN China Attended the 19th Sino-German Job Fair

ALTEN China was invited to the 19th Sino-German job fair on 3rd & 4th November. With the number of increasing partners from Germany, the demand of the professional and German speaking talent is growing.
The job fair was held in the Shanghai German Center. ALTEN China’s HR director, foreign experts, business managers and recruiting specialists were all present to answer questions from candidates and collect the resumes. Our foreign experts gave answers to the candidates with great patience and our BM also made suggestions on their career path especially the graduates.
We had received over 200 resumes in only 2 days among graduates with excellent academic background, skilled engineers, experienced sales and management personnel.
In this job fair, it’s important that we could have talents to join us, but what really matters is the understanding to various industries’ development status and candidates’ different mentalities and expectation of the job at each level. Besides, ALTEN China1’s brand influence was well expanded and we also found many potential customers.
