Sylvia：The First Station Out of the Ivory Tower

At the Christmas in 2017, I started my internship in ALTEN China, and every Christmas in the future has been given special significance because of ALTEN……

 

 

I, who was totally an outsider about recruitment, came to ALTEN with my curiosity and yearning for this industry.

 

I always think I was very luck to meet a great company, a happy team, and my colleagues who always patiently taught me.

 

Leader cultivates and teaches new people in a way of "bringing up". Care and relaxation are my greatest experience.

 

Slim always patiently answers all my little questions and encourages me to break through every time. Amy and Mengshen also care and support me in the face of setbacks. All the members in the team are warm and friendly.

 

“The spirit of teamwork” is a good explanation of the warmth I feel in this big family.

 

In the past 3 months, I gradually grew up and had my own conclusion:

Summing up and reflecting on the work is a required course for every person;
Learn to observe colleagues around you and discover the bright spots that can be learned;
Any decision made must be bearable regardless of size.

 

These three sentences are conveyed to me through ALTEN colleagues’ work attitude.

 

 

I went through many first times at ALTEN:

The first time to muster up the courage to call the candidate.

Take part in the interview for the first time.

For the first time in the annual meeting,

My first birthday in the company...

For the first time, I had a strong sense of belonging to ALTEN.

 

As a graduating intern, taking ALTEN as the starting point of my career makes me full of hope for my future and my dreams.
